Step 1: Product & Content

The product & content modules allows you to make edits to the basic information of the tour as well as the tour descriptions, itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, and other terms and conditions.

Step 2: Versions

The product versions module allows you to create multiple versions of the same product that can occur on the same calendar day. For example, a day tour might have morning, afternoon, or evening departure options on the same day.

Step 3: Seasonality & Surcharges

The seasonality and surcharges module allows you to pre-assign certain dates to different seasonality types and surcharge options. The final pricing of the product will be affected by the seasonality and surcharge of the selected date.

Step 4(a): Rates & Variation (Day Tour/Attraction)

The entry variation module allows you to create different "tickets" for different configurations of travellers or guests. For example, an activity or day tour can have variations such "Adult" and "Child".

Step 4(b): Rates & Variation (Package Tour)

The entry variation module allows you to create different "tickets" for different configurations of travellers or guests. For example, a package tour would represent per person cost based on sharing of room based on “Adult Single”, "Twin-share", "Triple-share" etc.

Step 4(c): Rates & Variation (Transportation)

The entry variation module allows you to create different "tickets" for different configurations of travellers or guests. For example, a "transportation" tour can have variations such "Adult" and "Child".

Step 4(d): Rates & Variation (Staycation)

The entry variation module allows you to create different "tickets" for different configurations of travellers or guests. For example, a staycation would represent per person cost based on sharing of room based on “Adult Twin”, "Deluxe Room" etc.

Step 5: Price Preview & Inventory

The inventory management module allows you to preview the pricing of each product variation created above, and add or remove inventory on each date through the inventory widget.

Step 6: Discounts

The Discounts module allows you to create new discounts for your product. You also can edit/delete your discount details after you finish creating
